Your newsletter data

siEarn stores your email address, selected property types, areas, price limits, alert topics, watchlist and delivery schedule to send the updates you request. If you choose text or WhatsApp, we also store your phone number, separate channel consent and verification status.

Your preferences are stored privately with our data provider, Upstash. Resend processes email delivery. Phone delivery, when activated, uses Twilio and, for WhatsApp, Meta. We do not sell your contact information. Property choices are sent only when you submit this form; changing browser saves alone does not sync your newsletter watchlist.

Confirmation and preferences emails contain private access links. Keep them private. You can request a fresh preferences email from the signup page. Pause preserves your choices. Unsubscribe stops all newsletter channels and removes contact details, preferences, watchlists and queued message content. We keep a keyed, non-public suppression identifier, consent timestamps and minimal delivery metadata to respect opt-outs and investigate delivery issues. An email already in transit cannot be recalled.

Unconfirmed requests expire after 24 hours and are cleared by the next processing run. Accepted, failed, cancelled or uncertain message bodies are removed from our outbox. Delivery providers retain records under their own policies. Our system records provider acceptance and delivery events when received; acceptance does not prove a message reached your inbox.
