We collect information to improve property research and, only with separate permission and verification, send listing-related texts.
What we collect
Your name, brokerage, business contact details, property figures, anonymous unit rents, opportunity notes and document links you choose to provide. Submissions and documents are private to authorized reviewers until selected property information is approved for publication. Do not submit tenant names, signatures, IDs, account numbers or other personal tenant details.
What may be public
Selected property figures, a reviewed summary, your name and brokerage, the information date and an agent-reported label. Raw document links, rent-roll rows, private constraints and submission email or phone are not automatically published. Separately sourced business contacts already on a property brief remain governed by their existing source attribution.
Providers and retention
The service uses Vercel hosting and the site's private Upstash storage. Twilio handles phone verification and optional SMS only when that program is activated. Agent submissions are retained for up to 90 days after the last record change; inbound replies for 30 days; phone contact records for up to one year after the last record change. Selected published facts may remain with dates until corrected or withdrawn. Minimal keyed suppression identifiers and delivery metadata are retained to prevent repeated unwanted contact. Provider-side retention is separate.
Your choices
Text consent is optional. You may use the free listing tools without it. Reply STOP to end texts, or contact hi@siearn.com for access, correction, removal or questions. A message already handed to a provider cannot be recalled. We retain minimal suppression evidence even after a removal request so that you are not added back automatically.
Security and limits
Reviewer access is restricted; public links do not provide editing authority. We use request limits, strict field validation and scoped receipts. Document links are not fetched automatically. Only share links that are safe for our review team to open. No information you submit is treated as proof of returns, title, zoning, repair completion or lender eligibility.
