The free listing tools

siEarn offers property research briefs and a way for authorized listing agents to submit factual information. There is no charge to submit updates or share a brief. Inclusion means a property is being researched, not that it is a top-performing investment. Participation does not buy ranking, buyer leads, newsletter placement or a successful sale.

Submitted information

You must have authority to share the information and permission to provide supporting documents. Remove personal tenant details. Distinguish current income from projected rents, official approvals from marketing claims, and current costs from estimates. siEarn may withhold or correct unsupported information. Publication remains labeled as agent-reported unless separately verified.

Optional agent SMS

With your separate written opt-in and verified phone possession, siEarn may send automated texts about free listing promotion and requests for property information. Up to four messages per month, with no more than one initial invitation and one follow-up per listing. Messages are limited to 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern time. Message and data rates may apply. Text permission is not required to use the free tools or buy anything, and it is separate from investor newsletter preferences.

Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Contact hi@siearn.com for assistance. Replies pause automated follow-ups. Replying START alone does not grant fresh marketing consent; use the form and verify your phone again. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. A published phone number or an agent's email reply is not permission for automated promotional texts.
