Privacy at siEarn

This page summarizes the main features of the research website. Property alerts and the agent program have their own detailed notices.

Work you save stays in your browser

Saved properties, custom leads, financial scenarios, checklists, offer drafts, named searches and your investor profile are kept in this browser's storage. They are not synced to an account or a server backup, and clearing site data removes them. Backups and exports are files you download and control. Shared research links contain filters, not your saved scenarios.

Features that send data to a provider

• Analyze an address sends the address and city to OpenAI for research. Your buying plan is not sent.
• In the assistant, a question and your scenario are sent to OpenAI only when you choose that option. Document and photo review with AI also runs only when you choose it.
• Property alerts store your email address and preferences with Upstash, and Resend delivers the emails. A request must be confirmed from the email before alerts start. Unconfirmed requests expire after 24 hours.

Analytics

Vercel Web Analytics counts page views on public pages. Query strings, fragments and private routes are removed before a view is recorded. Optional research measurements record a published property ID and the kind of action, not your financial inputs, budgets, offer terms or contact details.

Optional Google Analytics, when enabled, loads only after you choose Accept analytics on an eligible public page. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track keep it off. You can reject or withdraw consent at any time through Analytics settings. Advertising signals and personalization are disabled.

What siEarn does not do

siEarn does not sell your contact information. The site does not request your location.
